1K This Hard Land chords > Date: 94-05-22 15:27:54 EDT > From: BuckCannon Dave, here's the chords and thanks for the files! This Hard Land can either be played in one of two keys, D or G and it's really, really easy, even if you don't play all that good, because Bruce uses simple chords and standard progressions. in D: it's D,G,A and in G: it's G,C,D Depending on your voice range you can use either. I have a deeper voice so I use G. Less effort on my part. example (this is in key of G, but to play in D just substitute in order. It stays this way through the whole song, except in the middle, it gets a little strange, but you should be able to figure it out. If not let me know) Well hey there mister can you tell me what's happened to the seeds I've sown can you give me a reason sir as to why they aint ever grown They're just blowin around from town to town back out onto these fields where they fall from, from my hand, back into the dirt of This Hard Land This is probably one of my most favorite Bruce songs. Anyway, have a good time with it, glad I could help you out on the chords.I played this coffeehouses when I was in college and got a really good response almost every time. Buck
